Inverter AC to a Non-Inverter AC:

Compressor Modification – Remove inverter compressor and install a non-inverter fixed-speed AC compressor.
PCB Removal – Remove inverter PCB and install a relay-based PCB with a new remote.
Expansion Valve Replacement – Remove electronic expansion valve (EEV) and install a capillary tube (based on brand).
Cooling Efficiency Loss – Even after conversion, 100% cooling efficiency is not possible due to system differences.
Cost Consideration – If you buy a new inverter board, it costs ₹10,000 to ₹15,000, but there is no warranty.
Warranty Coverage – Conversion comes with a 1-month to 1-year warranty, depending on the model and price.
Better Option – Instead of spending heavily on the inverter board replacement, converting to a non-inverter AC allows for easy spare parts availability, better cooling, and a longer lifespan for the AC.
Brand Compatibility – All brand AC conversions are done, as long as the spare parts availability and indoor/outdoor coils are in good condition.
